Somewhere along the way during the recent bug fixes the spell Sanctuary got absolutely nackered. Instead of buffing your defense and resistance it seems to either remove base def and res. Or override base def and res.

For example my 60 defense 65 Res tank went down to 14 def and 12 res while standing in sanctuary. Will run some more tests and add an edit later. But wanted to get this out ASAP.

How to repeat - Cast sanctuary, stand in the light, realize that the gods have forsaken you.
