In my opinion 10% is low and really not worth the Trait point. I think it deserves a buff to like 20%.

It's an auto-hit that you can use twice. Against a high-level core boss, that has upwards of 600 HP?
Or a towering Scarebear with 976 HP? That's 97 HP x 2 per round. It may not be a ~fast~ kill, but
it sure as hell is a safe one.
