IPG's parry doesn't seem to be triggering against monsters.

I remember we had a forum discussion somewhere that all parries from now on would also try to parry monster weapons, so this was likely overlooked somewhere.

I remember that it was the only parry that is exempt from the ability to parry monster abilities too, technically not a bug but I'd like to see it changed anyway.
