Can we, atleast in Meiaquar, buy simple basic Handguns in the store? 

Currently they are not buyable and I think also not craftable?

If we can buy them in Pink's tutorial, why shouldn't we be able to buy them at blacksmith NPCs?

It'd be cool if they could be craftable at the very least like all other basic weapons.
