The bug is simple, because the item is  behind the shadow layer, you need to pixel perfect point the mouse on the part that is outside or if you were a new player like me, you would not be able to identify the item and just leave since there is no icon on it.

This one makes it impossible to interact even if you try to pixel perfect touch the stick, making it impossible to finish the dungeon quest.
