v2.96d shadow peddling wheel's clones don't knock people airborne

shadow peddling wheel says it will damage other units with dark damage clones and apply "non-damage effects" which sounds like the airborne effect from urawaza should work on them but it doesn't knock up people that have been hit by the clones
