For another user, updating the game, relogging, nothing allowed them to change their zoom size. They have poor eyesight making it hard to play. Attatched are three pictures showing they tried all sizes, from 100%-500%. Currently unknown what caused this considering its working fine for the rest of us.
Additionally when you set zoom size to custom, everything remains greyed out, only becoming green if you 'cancel' it and thus go back to 100%.
Additionally the text resizing is also not working.
They have a HP2311x monitor in case that matters.

Any help from anyone would be appreciated!

Turn off Stretch to Fit~

Stretch to fit overwrites zoom values as it's automatically zooming it to fit between the screen limits.
