My third utility belt slot has disappeared on one of my characters (Swirlz of Death, slot 2). Supposed to be my Portable Mirror, which I still have.

The '3' doesn't show up, pressing F3 says I don't have any of that item available, and the inventory view just cuts off entirely after the second.

Not sure how it disappeared but I did make a few bug fixes regarding this, so it won't lock you out of your utility belt.
