When using Fast Offense and Infernal Summon, the Youkai will not respond as though it has the extra momentum, it appears. I was told that Fast Offense works with Summon Storm, so I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's intentional.

As a note; I'm fairly certain that the Youkai DID get it's momentum. However it didn't act immediately (like they usually do) after the summoner's turn ended. Instead, it acted at the end of the round.
