The Talk tab is ~still~ using the small size face icons, regardless
of your settings for face icon size in preferences. This bug was
reported on the old forums ages ago, when the Talk tab was first
released, and it still hasn't been fixed.

I strongly prefer the big face icons, because my monitor is a bit
big at 1920x1200. The small ones are 100% indistinguishable and
worthless, and it's kept me away from using the talk tab at all.

Please, please please fix the Talk tab.

The other tabs still have the scroll bar cut off, too.

Yeah, that's a thing too, but the scrollbar thing is much less
important. I want to be able to RP without worrying about
combat text or OOC, but the teeny tiny face icons make it
hard to tell at a glance which character is saying which line.

At the same time, I don't want to turn OOC off either, since
that might cause me to miss things that I want to see in it,
such as someone asking for help with a dungeon, etc.
