Vampire's out-of-combat healing is being reduced by Stillness, Darkness; again.

Crippled healing from the First-Aid talent, crippled healing from Fugu Katsu (HP only, FP is fine.), March talent doesn't heal them at all.

March works fine for me.

The healing from battle end effects should apply in full now, please retest in 1.61d.
