As the topic states, currently First moves initiative effect does not come up, as such as of right now the normal Sr*1 Movement bonus is not taking effect. The initiative status will appear under your stats as per normal but once your turn comes it immediately disappears and you do not gain your extra movement.

Guessing this is due to the new status phase change.

I'd just have status effects not count down on round 0, or have non-permanent ones extended by 1 on battle start, since this affects other things as well.
