The hisen's potential skill isn't working. Sheath sword's FP isn't increased to 25 and the damage looks to remains unchanged.

Same goes for all newly added potentials, tbh. Animation activates, zero damage or anything.

Snake; have you confirmed that every single one isn't working? If not, don't post 'same goes for all potentials'. All it does is confuse me.

It'd also be nice if you gave details. Are you sure the right item is in your main hand? What happens when you use the potential skills? And so on.

My bad for working on assumptions (for the second time? I should really stop this.). I'll be testing each one of those shortly, it may be helpful to know what has been added or not too, so the change logs should also be something to be published.
