Sakki's effect doesn't lower the targets critical evade by 15 (or 20) after using kagekiri or hirazuki. The status effect appears, but the crit evade isn't reduced.

How did you test this?

I had 98% crit rate on Spoop, then I used Kagekiri, then checked again, and I still had 98 crit rate. She said she had about 40 or so critical evade as well.
