Currently, using call storm after another map wide invocation seems to extend the effect of the other invocation. This was only tested with 2 hexer invocations, unsure if it affects others.
Steps to cause bug
1) invoke a map wide spell (confirmed with spirit pain and earthbound fog)
2) try to use call storm
3) watch as when its cast, you keep the invoking status, it doesn't rain, and you can use it again
4) wait out the normal duration of the active spell and see that it lasts longer based on how many times you activate it.
