[v2.45] Haunted Mansion has an infestation

I found a couple bugs relating to the Haunted Mansions (the new BDPs with Necromancers):

1) The enemies that spawn in normal battles do not scale to the dungeon level like the boss and its minions, as I've gotten level 45 Ghost Dogs attacking me in a level 17 Haunted Mansion. Given the fact I was level 45 myself, that probably means they are scaling to the player level rather than the dungeon level. Not sure if that was intentional or not, but I am putting it here in case that is a bug.

2) We still have the graphical glitch with how the Haunted Mansion interacts with the trees that are near Tannis. Not sure why that is not patched since the test server, but it is still there.

3) Not sure why this happened, but the objective tracker on the side that was meant for those new random dungeons bugged on me and persisted after I died to the Necromancer and respawned in the Cellsvich in (was partied with someone at the time).

4) In the same dungeon that caused the glitch describe in #3, one of the floors had a graveyard that was almost incompletable because the hint of checking all the guardsmen tombstones was incorrect and they all gave nothing. Somehow, someone else found the key to clear the room, but digging every grave one at a time is a very tedious solution.

These should all be corrected, except for the last one. That one has not been confirmed.
