If you enter the sign text editor but hit 'Cancel' this will erase everything written on the sign.

Steps to reproduce:

0. Have a placeable sign down.

1. Click 'Edit' on the sign.

2. Click 'Edit Text'.

3. Click 'Cancel' on the text window that shows up.

All the text that might've been there will be erased.
