Cripple Arm and Cripple Leg still have their -20% Hit Rate penalty, which is absolutely massive; around -50 Hit in reality. Can this percentage either be massively reduced or, even better, made into a flat rate to be more in-line with current skill design?

agreed, these skills, and to an extent the headshot special attack, are only really usable against people who don't build evade because that penalty is massive

I have to agree, I think a 15-20 hit reduction would be fine, rather than a flat %

-10/-15 Hit seems reasonable enough.
