This is probably not a bug but when Wind Prouette targets the same enemy 3 times it does not give you the total damage it has done at the third and final strike. While Ice Stakes will in-fact give you a tally at the end of the two-three strikes.

I suspect other skills are not giving a Total Damage at the end either.

This is due to the timing of the damage dealt. It will only give a total if the damage hits are close together. It's not really a bug.
