And just stay in there forever, so if you have no ranged attacks, you're screwed.

This isn't a bug, they are flying monsters and can move through dense tiles. I assume they will come down if you move to a different spot.

If this occurs again please tell me the amount of enemies in the battle and the titles the dungeon has.
