Legend Extensions within the Aspect Category no longer grant their bonuses to their relevant stats. At first, I thought it might've been just an issue with the Character Info Page, but not even in combat can I account for the stat after removing all stamps, equipping two classes without any points allocated, and after using a Fruit of Fluidity.

Works fine for me. Keep in mind that Aspects increase the -base- value of the stat, which may not have been something you took into account however you tested this.
