This one has been an issue for about a year actually, but I finally got to doing the bug report. Some time after reboot, if you log on the game you will experience permanent lag stuttering unless you do SPECIFICALLY one of the following things:

A) walk into Cells ASAGO
B) walk into Cells Inn and use it
C) walk into Cells Mage's Guild
D) walk into random buildings quickly until it goes away
E) relog in the middle of a fight as a last resort

Several people have had this issue overtime regardless of computer specs. I have no idea how to reproduce it / what causes it, but I decided to post what's known.

I have also noticed this tends to happen right after an update hits, but not always.

Lastly, it doesn't seem to happen right after a reboot normally, but still does on occasion.
