Medical Heads currently have to use an (I assume) unintended, roundabout way to reset their patient clearance levels to the default value of 0.
Setting the required clearance level to 1 or above works normally. This is fine for people on the staff list. Anyone who isn't on the staff list, however, is treated as level 0.
The issue here is that "0" won't register when you try to set the clearance level to it. You can enter it but nothing will change, you won't even get a confirmation message in your log if you try unlike with any other number. "0" is not intended to be used.
The workaround for this is to set the clearance level to any negative number. Doing so will set the clearance level to 0, as it shows in your log. I've also confirmed that this allows anyone to treat the patients.
