If you start a DH Combination Fighter combo and get the momentum/damage reduction for skills, but toggle Combination Fighter after that and still use them, the skills will use up their normal amount of momentum but do reduced damage still. Before DH buffs, this was not the case, so I'm just guessing it might not be intended.
