Could we get the ability to rotate DISCer tiles, because sometimes a corner just doesn't quite fit.

And if possible, it would be nice to be able to make tiles overlay like a hallway or arch, like the entrance to Cellsvich.

You can already make tiles act as overlays by using shift+click.

Overlays for other tiles, yes. I was trying earlier, and I couldn't get it to cover me up. Or any other object, for that matter.
