A bit of an odd request, but would it be possible for Eventmins to be able to change weather effects in a given area on a set basis?
This would involve being able to add a color or shifting overlay for an area (that doesn't disable clicking on people/things), as well as adding either from a set of weather effects, or being able to add a custom icon as a weather effects.
Current Weather Effects that I am thinking of

- Decreased visibility past a certain range similar to darkness, though with a white overlay. This was created during a byond bug back in the day. Was actually very nice and made areas seem hauntingly empty.
Skyfall
- Reddish filter close-to sunset, though likely a smidge more red.
Snowfall
- Same thing as normal snow fall, except an EM can give a map (or multiple maps) this weather effect
Ash Fall
- A weather effect similar to Snowfall, but more for volcanic ash, potentially something that should be added baseline into the game for the Terra Flama and Crucible (Lava Lake) maps from time to time
