Part of this bug report is based on the description of elemental arrow effects "Special arrows are used on basic attacks and on skills that have a special quiver skill icon above their rank text description. One is used per attack or skill use."

1) Elemental arrows are drained by all skills used with a compatible bow, not just flagged skills, despite these skills not benefitting from the effects.
2) Elemental arrows are drained pr enemy hit, rather than pr skill use.

Both can be verified by using an arbalests cannon skills and hitting multiple enemies, or using a howling handshot and performing a sword skill such as duelist's Crystal Rose. Also applies to spells cast trough a bow (tested with Ghost's Scarlet Twister)

3) Wind arrows range increase is not applied to Cripple Leg (and possibly cripple arm). May be due to these skills using your base range. The attack still drains a charge.
