Expanding ice will not strike a target more than once, despite mentioning a separate calculation for it in the event that an enemy is surrounded by many ice tiles. I don't think the bonus damage should be put back in, simply because then expanding ice will deal between 200-350 damage on someone surrounded with ice, but that's more of a balance fu thing.
And reduce the FP cost of these skills holy shit Dev pls
