currently the 4 fantomes Qinglongram, Baihurai, Xuanwuken and Zhuquelare are currently not craftable.
These are 8 star items, there is currently a craftable 9 star, the jackhammer, so rarity is not an issue.
The tessen line of daggers, the counterpart to these tomes are learned from purchasable books, so I suggest these tomes recipe be obtained from a craft book purchasable from the casino.

These tomes are extremely powerful and already are a marketplace rarity I find, getting these nets me some good murai in my personal shop or good trades, even equating to 10*s, I'd rather not have them be craftable thank you, the only reason Jackhammer is craftable at 9* is because it used to be a 6*

look these items are in "rarity hell"
rarity hell is reserved for 7-9 star items due to the amount of them that exist, in comparison to the amount of lower rarity items have created a zone where 10 star items are actually less rare than these tomes and other 8-9 star items.
how about if we make these black books?
I haven't even heard of a zhugelaire or baihurai actually droping.

What exactly is the rate for drops per levels? It seems like it goes down steadily and linearly till you get to 9* and then it gets higher with 10*, which is very odd. If that's the case, shouldn't drop rates be adjusted to make 9 more common than 10, 8 than 9, 7 than 8, and so on? To be clear, this would likely not change drop rates for 10* or 1* items and only smooth out the rates for 2-9*.
Please don't lynch me, I'm too young!

I'm in-line with Spo on this one; I rather not see them become craftable (we already have easily craftable fan daggers that need a debuff/nerf).

So you all would rather have them completely unavailable because a) you don't like them and b) you want to auction the single one or two that drop for large profits

Yes, is there a problem with that? the more ways you establish ways to cut the rarity of items, the less overall money they'll generate, making it worthless to even roll those, when you could have your buddy just make them, tools did the same thing, so now its just item material that matters.
I still say no, they can stay in the drop pool.

Yes, I want to auction off items I don't even have.
. . . No. I actually try to keep a balanced and level-headed approach to these things on the forums despite how I act in OOC from time-to-time.
I simply see little-to-no reason or argument for these to be made craftables. More of an argument not to implement them as such.

These fans don't even drop except for Qing long ram there's too many 8* and I hate that you have a higher chance of finding a desert fan tome than any of these

Then that's a drop pool topic, not a crafting solution.
