Teleport is a pretty good effect to have for movement skill that costs just 1 M, but at the same time you don´t always want to teleport.(Let´s say as a verglas to move and leave ice sheets behind, cause you don´t do that when you teleport)

So can we have a urawaza effect for Shukichi maybe? If succesful your movement becomes teleport, if not you simply increase your movement?

Could be a three arrow urawaza, so it´s not that hard even during lag:
Like up, up, down?

Their promotion class does kinda benefit from non Teleport moves sometimes.

Then how about a super easy one arrow spam? No lag of the world can stop that!

Because lag shouldn´t really be an argument, even when it´s sadly pretty bad currently again.

then yes, if it was like ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ it could be reasonable. Shukuchi should be simple because you're not even damaging the enemy with it, lol.

Shukuchi doesn't need to be changed; it's fine as-is. Sorry but no support for the thread.
