If you use a prayer item whilst moving via click move. You'll be permanently frozen in place.

How so? Does clicking your own location unfreeze you?

DIdn't seem to work at all to unfreeze me.
How to replicate.
1. Click move to somewhere on the map.
2. Use a prayer item from the toolbelt.
3. Watch as you can no longer move, whatsoever.

Doesn't happen to me, I just stay still for the duration of the prayer and move when it's done. Tested using the Hallowed Cross in the first utility belt slot.
