The Engineer skill: Jetpack, can be used on the same tile you stand, making it a waste if you accidentally click Z twice.

This doesn't happen with other movement skills.

If you hit Z twice by accident you're just going to hop one tile uselessly anyway. Not really worth 'fixing', if it even qualifies as a bug.
