Pulling shot/Snake Shot doesn't seem to gain range bonuses from weapon parts and Volley talent, this seemed like a bug so I reported it.

Because these state that they increase attack range, but currently they only increase basic attack range, no skills are ever effected.

Pulling Shot and Snake Shot's descriptions don't state an attack range so I assume they run from your bow's range, which volley and large body specifically state, if you don't think this is a bug still though then we can move this to balance fu.

EDIT: In hindsight, I suppose attack range would only effect just that wouldn't it

Yup, unless it specifically states it uses attack range. Pulling Shot is 6 range and Snake Shot is 4 range.
