I'm with the OP on an Eviter + Empty Palm enabler.
As for bare fists getting unlimited momentum gain? Given that bare fists have 100% STR scaling and get benefits from two Base Class inates, I think we can put on bets in a place that isn't just a brain-dead PvE pubstomp.
