Currently Vamp Shell's Overcharge effect, which steals stats by High Charge Power divided by two, only lasts 2 rounds, which isn't a very long time to make a lasting impact. Could we maybe just bump it up by one extra round, making it 3?

The skill One Overcharge can make that really broken, since it adds +5 to shell ranks, charged, and overcharged, which means you could get up to a whopping 12 rounds with it.

Bonus effects have a cap of 3, while Charge and Overcharge have a cap of 7. One Overcharge can add +5 to both.
But no High Charge effect has a duration based off of shell level, so it would be best to keep the effect as-is while just giving the effect an extra round.

I think something should be done about this skill, still. Base 2 rounds plus shell rank divided by somewhere around 3 to 5.

the duration can simply just be bumped up to 3 rounds, its not that big of a deal.
