With the new chat system, there's something I noticed. We no longer have quotation marks for when people use normal 'Say'. I think it looks a little out of place, personally, even with the added space. Can we have our quotation marks back?



The first post is a standard emote.

The second post is a current say.

The third post is how it'd look with quotations added back.

I was meaning to suggest this myself, good to see someone beat me to the punch, I agree 100% with this as it'd make distinguishing says and emotes pretty much instant

I've asked for this in dev-discussion but got yelled at as 'not necessary' and 'deal with it'.

So yeah, support is given.

I think this is entirely necessary with the given points above by Mark. It's also poor grammar to not have quotation marks when saying something. It can be argued that we can just put the quotation marks ourselves, but we shouldn't have to -- especially when we've already had them provided for us for the past six years.

Though if this would somehow break the new chat box... I can live without them.
