Okay, whenever you switch back and forth with these buttons:

While a conversation is active in VIA the previous bug seen here: https://www.neus-projects.net/viewtopic....amp;t=7668, the game will sometimes stick your scroll so you'll be unable to scroll down or up (Since it will force you back to that location like a rubber band) without turning on and off auto scroll and hoping someone post in the IC chat to free it. Relogging also fixes this.
