Just throwing a quick (and hopefully easy) suggestion in here for Rogue classes passive skill Throwing Daggers to be made toggleable, or in the very least, not use up the LV when you're fighting in melee range.
A lot of the time I'm finding myself fighting a melee enemy in PVE, such as a scarebear, whilst another enemy is still closing in or is ranged, like a Mad Vine. I'll finish up the bigger threat first and then go to battle the ranged enemy- only to find my Throwing Daggers have been depleted, forcing me back into melee range and defeating the whole purpose of the skill.
For PVP this would be very useful as well as there's an absurd amount of kiting sometimes. You're always having to fight at a range or close the distance on someone if you lack that capability.
