Matsuri can softlock you out of your bank until you re-open the window if she doesn't like you.

Talking to Matsuri, opening your bank, and switching to the Asagorian shop prevents you from opening your bank again until you close the window and talk to her again.

The opposite does not apply, for some reason.

It's like that with a bunch of windows. Switching to the 'talk' tab seems to help though
