When getting a Back-Attack on an enemy, it seems like the order in which your team goes is completely randomized. To replicate this, get a team of four people and take note of who is fastest, slowest, and so on. Then, perform a Back-Attack. Note that the order people go is completely random, and has no relation to their initiative stat.

This will need some additional information, such as the expected turn order VS the actual turn order, any potential start of battle status effects that may affect it, etc. All details would be helpful, because trying to test this offline lead to expected results (but I was only using 2 party members instead of 4).

So I can help try to answer this. Basically when you back attack an enemy it doesn't seem to take in count the amount of CEL a character has. An example would be back in 2.65 a Shaitan had 40 CEL but when back attacking she somehow moved last when she had the highest Cel of the party. Others having 20 or less CEL. It ONLY would force her to go last in Back-Attacks. It might be messing with the Tatician class but still does not example why the Fastest Character was moving in the 3rd slot in Back-Attacks.
