Can we make Legend Inks tradeable, but only to players who are level 60? Players that are not level 60 can still trade it, as long as they're not on the receiving end.

Having Legend Inks be tradable just seems kind of abusable. Since you could just set up with your friends ((or alts when the mods aren't on 420blazeit)), get all ya'll to level 60. Then proceed to cash in on the exuberant amount of stuff that makes LEing that much easier.

It'd be abusable in the sense that mages would still be the easiest to grind on, but now melee classes don't have to grind as long as mage classes.
