Had a 100% hit basic glove.

149 Glove Weapon
vs
142 Dodge

MA with 149 Hit (R0 Trained Fists)

The fist has 1% Hit, which doesn't line up.

-----
MA with 153 Hit (R1 Trained Fists)

The fist has 5% Hit, which doesn't line up.

-----
MA with 157 Hit (R2 Trained Fists)

The fist has 9% Hit, which doesn't line up.

-----
MA with 161 Hit (R3 Trained Fists)

The fist has 13% Hit, which doesn't line up.

-----
MA with 165 Hit (R4 Trained Fists)

The fist has 17% Hit, which doesn't line up.

-----
MA with 169 Hit (R5 Trained Fists)

The fist has 21% Hit, which doesn't line up.

----------------

So, in all. This glove loses.. 6% hit.. somewhere.

Does not tell me anything. Details about classes/races/status effects/battle position/if there's any field objects that might skew the result, such as thick vines/brush, are required here.

Archer/MG vs MA/BK, all armor and dodge factored in. Attempted attacks from FRONT and back. No field objects were in place nearby. This was tested over the course of 6+ battles. So, they're all lining up that the Basic 100% hit fist is losing 6% of its hit.

Nah, the defender didn't have any sort of Dodge Traits. I make sure to test hit/dodge with things that DON'T have percentage buffs. (Fuck Percentage buffs)

well 6% of 142 would definitely give more than just a flat 6%. It'd also put my attack numbers into decimals.
