When getting items, I've never noticed planetarium dropping as material used for weapons/armor, is this intentional?

IIRC it is, as it makes crafting more worthwhile.

Not so fun for the items you can't craft, but hey, material kits Eventually™.

There's a few things like 10 stars and some accessories/armor that could be pretty nifty if they dropped in planetarium, if it is intended, can this be changed?
