I don't know how, but I finished the quest "A Classic Deed" twice. I just saw today that the quest marker above the quest girl's head was incomplete, so I turned it in, and then went to equip the stamp... only to see I already had one of the stamps equipped. I'm posting this here, despite having little to no information, in case anyone else might know why.

Uh, if you had the quest in reserve back when everyone got awarded stamps due to the bug that stopped people from getting stamps, you could still turn the quest in to get the stamp again. Of course, it -should- be removed when you relog.
