Statuses are carrying over at the end of battle, regardless of if they're permanent or not. (I.E. Charge Mind carried over after winning a fight with it still up, and entering another still had me with it.)

I think this was just a symptom of a runtime error, please recheck after the server is back up.

The problem appears to be gone, after testing to see if statuses carried over after fights/after fights you DC'd from. In both cases they were removed as normal.
