I think I read somewhere that you cannot retrieve an extra level(and trade it) until a house file is deleted, and currently the only way to delete a house file is to delete your character.

I think it'd be much more convenient to be able to use an extra level you're not using at that moment, and for that, I think the addition of adding the ability to erase a floor, and/or erase a house file, is an important feature to have, so that you may be able to:

1) Start from scratch
2) Re-use any extra floors you are not currently using, either on that character or your alt.

Clearing floors would be useful for restarting, especially if it actually dumped all the furniture into your inventory, too.

Just make it home-owner only and it should be fine assuming it works properly.

Deleting house files would also be useful to a degree to avoid needing to erase the character in order to properly transfer extra levels that had been used before.

So, yeah, if it's feasible these would be nice things to have.
