Is it possible for Banshee's wail to be a magic instead of a skill?

For two reasons, for Silence to stop Souls tainted by Darkness from screaming at you all day long, and secondly, I'd like to see more sound builds but there's not many paths to encourage that atm, making Banshee's Wail a magic would allow spellthief to steal it, making sound builds quite possible.

I think it would be interesting to see the wail be affected by Silence similarly to how Screamer tomes allow you to break out of it.

Where they could still use the skill but it would damage them in the process.


I'm a bit foggy on what it does, so I can't comment on whether or not I agree with it becoming an actual spell.
