Can we have an item that lets us keep certain wounds/sicknesses we have, for RP reasons? For example, a man who is constantly struggling with a fever, or maybe you just want to RP having a wound for a while, while actually having some gameplay mechanic to represent it.

No god please no, no, no, nooooooooooo. No Hexer buffs, especially when their fantasy is to MAKE people sick, not be ill by themselves.

Well instead of an item, how about a way to "Tick" a box next to the certain wound which stops it´s healing process?

The only thing I can see going wrong with this is Afflicted Spectre, which could be worked around.
