Gwandovyn's Swordsmith Rain is not working as intended. It only does the animation but none of the promised Potential effects activate or any damage procs.

I use it, the animation plays out but nothing happens, no damage or anything.

Can confirm that Gwandovyn's potential is still bugged. Animation still plays out, but it does not deal any damage.
