Can the Thieving enchant be boosted to have 25% additional steal chance instead of 5%, I feel this'd make up for the enchant's lack of use since the talent update.

Or changed to make it steal a certain amount of Murai from monsters. There's no 'fancy' use for this enchant, it's just boring as you really need the CEL on Rogues in order to dodge anyway.

Thieving also applies to blue steal and spell snatch, keep in mind, not all rogues have 100% chance on these and might appreciate it.
